About: Hi there.
This blog is dedicated to my journey of self-discovery, as well as weight-loss.

I'll be posting anything that inspires me to be active, happy and self confident.

My ask is always open, so feel free to pop in and say hello!

*I usually only follow back other weightloss blogs that are relatively healthy*

Just did my last Month 2 workout.. I’m officially an INSANITY GRADUATE! It’s been a long, hard journey but one that’s also very worthwhile. My last fit test is tomorrow so I’ll post my full review of Insanity then as well as my final pictures.

I’m also starting the whole program over on Tuesday because I loved it so much! Here we go again…

Day 1 shown here was me sucking in with all of my might and flexing my “abs”. Day 59 was taken today, no flexing or sucking in. All in all, I lost less than 5 pounds during this journey, so this just proves that weight is only a number.

Yep, so I’m starting tracking calories again. Like so many, I’ve found it really hard to maintain my weight. Well, not my weight specifically- that’s pretty much the same. more my physique I guess. It’s not so much that i’ve gone back to eating redic ammounts of junk- I don’t think I could ever do that again- but I fell off the exercise bandwagon. I think because I was restricting so much at one point (bad idea. that was not good for me emotionally or physically): it made me more prone to bingeing, and also made me more likely to put weight on again in general. IDK.

But now I’m back on track! My plan is to do a run most mornings, and a DVD workout in the evenings. aAnd 1200 cal a day! I think I’ve been going a bit under that lately, which is another reason I want to start tracking again. Just to see the effect of 1200 (healthy) calories on my body, and to adjust if that doesn’t work…

WOAH wall of text much? Well, anyway, you’ll be hearing from me much more probably :D
